Interesting. Those are manually Edited from English to Spanish. The image quality is a lot better. Someone did a good job of removing the original text and matching the background colors. The fonts are not the originals.
Area uses Anime Ace for the text, plain and with green or rose outlines. And for the sound-effect Blambot Casual. Both are part of the Blambot set of fonts, and these can be found as free fonts on the web. I used those myself to improve the look of unreadable sound-effects for some of the images.

Thank you for updating the post with the high res images! Just a little heads up, it seems that page 140 is low res however.I also updated page 2 with all the high res images of colored and sketch version that are compiled into a single post for easy appreciation
