Hey yall I'm new to BarrosBR's stuff but I gotta say I absolutely love Batman Returns to high school but I'm super confused by the plot maybe im just dumb or its hard to follow idk but could someone explain to me what's actually going on? Like why was Bruce hypnotized and feminized in the first place

i think it was a way for Dr. Harleen (Harley Quinn) and Poison Ivy to get rid of Batman since doing the same way would had result in Batman victory and them in jail

yeah, Dr. Harleen (Harley Quinn) is hypnotizing everyone that get in contact with Bruce/Lucy, like Alfred that think there is nothing wrong with Bruce, or Salina that see Bruce as Lucy and that he goes to High-School, the biggest example is the "Ann Marie Family" with all 3 members that see Lucy as if she was really part of the family

Also I really hope Barros goes back and adds some more depth to how he was initially hypnotized because id love to see a little more resistance.

i think that it is too late for this, the max we got of something like this was when Bruce was trying hard to get back to work the night as Batman or when for halloween Lucy asked for a Batman costume

I'm not looking for like a complete summary of the story (though if you want to go for it because I've definitely missed more stuff) but like it feels to me like the pacing is all out of wack! Either way I love the concept of the story and hope to see more!

the only thing that i can say are, Dr. Harleen (Harley Quinn) and Poison Ivy are the Main villains of the story, this was all their plan
it all started with the Rose that Sophie Ann Marie gave to Batman at the start when he save her, the Rose made by Poison Ivy has in it a pheromone that would open Bruce's mind, making him confused and easy to start manipulate

hope this was enough, if you have other questions, ask freely (i read the complete story almost 10 times, so i know by now a thing or two)

Thanks for the making it clear, even I was a little confused on what really was going on before reading more of barros story, as he mostly uses hypnosis so the Transforming character becomes little less self aware and more feminine. I was never that big of a fan of hypnotize in tsf stories. But the way Barros uses it really works for me as it threads the line between being aware that something wrong is going on to just them thinking everything is ok.

I seeeee that does make sense thank you! So what's Robbin's part in all of this? Is he trying to just find out what's happening to batman and will get feminized by poison ivy?

Robin/Drake is trying to find out what is going on after seeing on the news that Bruce didn't appear for quite some time and also who was that mysterious young girl in front of the Wayne Mansion (Bruce/Lucy)

we don't know what will happen to him, but i think that he will get feminized too, i don't think by Posion Ivy but it would be awesome if as Dr. Harleen turned IBatman into a High-School Girl and making everyone think that he is now a Harley Quinn Fan, the same could happen to Robin but he will become a Poison Ivy Fan "Girl"

I take that with a grain of salt. I think of Moonlly who says the same thing they will respond to you and say they are alive and will post a new chapter soon. Barros has disappeared multiple times in the last few years for months on end with no explanation but they still have subscribers paying. Just like Rocky another artist who said they are on a week trip but it’s two months later with nothing just a promise to start posting soon while they make $192 a month. Barros is making $269 a month since May and everytime he leaves for a few months or a year the subscribers stay on with hope. I do really hope he starts posting again but i’ll believe it when i see it.

Honestly I feel like most of his stories are already done he’s just trying to space it out to keep the profits comming
