Yeah I don't know, who ever made this comic version, why they wrote this scene to be a mom/son thing, when that's not what they are in the AVN. That's a student/teacher thing in the game, his mom is at home 
And I think it's not even legal or whatever to rewrite someone's content unless they have an actual permission to do so, and I doubt any permission was given, because I know the dev team behind the game, I'm one of their testers and sometimes even spin some ideas to them
Sadly one of the devs has been inactive for a long time at this point.
