I am smelling an old smell from here but i can't pin point where ? Any guess guys?

Female character looks like the blonde kim from "the arrangement"....
I hope its not some reheated story.

New Comic [An Alternative Solution] Starting Tomorrow!​

t's 50 years in the future, and the US has been devastated by a virus that initially killed millions but then evolved into a form that severaly limited the number of female births. As a result, the country has fractured into two distinct societies, the Nobs (the "haves") and the Proles (the "have-nots"). And, for some reason, the Nobs have a much larger proportion of women than the Proles.

Why is there such a discrepency? And is there anything the Proles can do to restore the balance?

lets hope it is spicier then the previous ones!:/
