Well , I don't want to argue on this topic, I am not an expert, but , I don't know why a transgender woman want to have their Dick?
At the first point, they feel they are in Wrong body, so with the help of science they alternate their body top to bottom for their desire body !

Not every woman—whether cis or trans—is the same. Not every man—whether cis or trans—is the same. Sometimes, a woman can enjoy having a penis. Heck, it happens quite often! Often times, trans women just cannot afford to get the surgery that they might want, but often times a woman simply does not have bottom dysphoria. Every woman's choice for their body is their choice and theirs alone to make. Women who decide to keep their penis' are valid, because there is no requirement to alter your body how you do not wish to simply to be the gender that you identify as.
