I’m sorry for the poor experience I’ve given you lately, but please understand that not everyone is full-time on Patreon, for me it’s more of a hobby that requires quite a lot of time. I’d love to be able to post as often as you’d like, but work and everyday life get in the way. I hope you understand that for small creators it’s quite difficult to prioritize posting on Patreon. I sincerely apologize for the whole situation and I hope you can understand.

I totally understand and life will always present challenges but when you charge for a service you take a responsibility to do what’s right for the people that are paying you . So if the end of the month is coming and you know you are behind then you pause subscription it takes 10 min so you don’t charge people. Just going silent when you are busy is not the way to Handel business. That’s all

Patreon is a business you are being paid monthly by people to support your art if you have nothing to provide you are just robbing us. That goes for all artists that do this not just you

TLDR I hope everything is better and you can update more again just do what’s right for the people that give their money you owe it to them or they will leave

Here's a former subscriber of yours =)
I understand that small creators have their own lives and this isn't their primary means of support.
But you should understand that while I pay $10 on sixpacksite and get a full story, on Patreon I pay monthly and getting full stories is more expensive, although I never have a problem paying subscriptions if I get what's promised.
The problem arises when the content creator disappears repeatedly and yet doesn't pause their Patreon.
This causes users to lose trust, and unfortunately in real life, trust is hard to gain and easy to lose.

It's better to say: guys, I need a break in my life (no need to explain) and pause subscriptions, than to say nothing and disappear.
The first way doesn't generate distrust, the second does.

But in this life, we're here to learn from our mistakes.
I hope you have a productive rest of the year, both with your stories and on a personal level.
