People have to realize that sometimes it's not easy to 'leak' these stories (Daval's and others), especially if they're been developed at the moment, like TO-10.
There are some artists (like Mando, Lucius) who willingly publish their work after a reasonable time has passed to gather some income from their subs.
If anyone wants to have the latest stories, just subscribe to the artist of your preference and support the work they do.
