I think when she says 'leave home' she's talking about David and Alice's intent to move out. Just before Aaron surprised her from behind, she's thinking about how to fix the rift between herself, niece, and nephew. I think Alice and David left for work, which I assume they did even if we don't see them necessarily leave through the door. I think Sarah's uncle Peter is perhaps the only person who could probably walk in on them, that is, if his foot is not still in pain.

Again because we never seen them actually leaving the house for work but I agree with you, Uncle Peter better sees them in the act even in pain fuck it just to use that info in his perverted advantage, Sarah deserves the smoke for being such a huge whore.

I think this is going to be a set up for the threesome Daval3D talked about long ago. Though, if I'm being honest, I'm probably not looking forward to seeing it especially considering Sarah's feelings about sex with Aaron. It would just make Sarah a huge hypocrite. I mean... she is a huge hypocrite regardless. If it has to happen, I would hope that Sarah assumes a more passive role where she guides Alice rather than try to get in on the action herself.
