Decision on new site between the two currently listed?

I know this seems a bit odd but, currently there are two sites in line to be the successor to 8Muses:

Can someone please let all the people at F95Zone know which one is the one we are going with.

As right now there is a lot of confusion. And this needs to be done soon, so that we all do not splitter and many of us go to either one or the other.

Please either have a vote, poll or something to let everyone know, left a link to show everyone the current situation.

Wrong... 21Candles is still very much alive


I don't think that's the most sensible thing to do, there's room for both sites to co-exist. Especially given what happened to 8muses I think it would be unwise to put all eggs in the single basket. The risk this will happen again is still very much real.
Especially given the fact that the folk(s) behind this site have a vested interrest in a revenue generating sister site. Just like at 8muses. Don't underestimate the power of advertisers.

Also, running a web site (for possibly thousands of users hosting TBs of data) requires funding. If membership fees can't be collected (the nature of the "products" seemingly negates that), what other funding mechanism will ensure a consistent, revenue stream...? Certainly not the goodwill of members - that's intermittent (at best)

I suppose you could make the web site private (a bit like limiting who can see a profile) and require invite only with associated membership dues, buuut - several, obvious problems exist with that approach.

I know there's hurdles to overcome, still, APC is very much in the same boat as 8muses. The moment the sister site loses revenue because of advertisers leaving due to the content getting posted here, this forum will be gone as fast as 8muses did.
Frankly, I don't see the point of posting comics here if they'll end up on the sister site anyways...

There's always the alternative of subscribing to your favorite artists directly That may not work for older or rare art, buuut - it has its merits (e.g., stable availability).
