Another year has gone by, but we weathered the worst last year (2023) by having the rug pulled out from under us, unceremoniously, when 8Muses closed it's
forum site from good. We were fortunate enough to have some of the top players over at 8Muses ( lamythefirst, comes to mind) around to create and guide us to this, our new home here at APC.
Not everything is perfect at his site, but it is good that we have a place to hang our hat, so to speak. I personally appreciate the patience from most of you concerning that annoying "2 week waiting period" ... but since we all appear to be fans of Nini/District13, it's only fitting we oblige her request to wait that period of time, so she might make a few more dollars from those who cant wait, hopefully insuring her continued works.
Here's a little New Years video Nini put together at the end of 2023 (forgive the "wrong" date in the video) ... think of it as a celebration AND cautionary tale for those of us who like to overindulge during the passage of the New Year ...

1080p IS the highest resolution at present.
Nothing has been released by Nini in anything with resolution higher than 1080p. Everything before she started using VAM was released in 720p. I suppose you could take on the job of up-scaling everything to 4K ... but seriously ... over 500+MB for a 30 second short is bloody ridiculous, IMHO. This is porn, not a 70mm IMAX presentation you're talking about. I'm not even certain what VAM software is capable of, resolution-wise. If Nini so chooses to release in 4K ... then we can have a legitimate discussion.
Plus ... it would wreak havoc on the Library, storage-wise. At this point, I'd recommend individual up-scaling & storage.

You're welcome. Good luck to you with your personal up-scales ... that's how I started getting into this; by up-scaling Nini's 720p renders to 1080p. The fan-edits just occured by themselves afterward ... Happy New Year!

This is entirely the group's fault ... you've given me free license to turn some of Nini's most "questionable" clips into modestly non-questionable GIFs.
I suppose it just confirms my worst fears: "idle hands ( and a couple beers ) are indeed the devil's playground".
This is an older early VAM clips that Nini never turned into a complete video, which is a damn shame. In my mind, any chance to see Penny in a
sling-bikini is always worth the extra effort to share ...

Thanks for the kind words and wishes. Since Billiards and 5 Color Rangers are coming to an end soon, I can't help but wonder what Nini's new stories will come this year? Maybe the C-3PO story she previewed? Maybe something entirely new, as she is known to change her mind during the development process on these stories. I guess we'll all have to wait and see! I hope to see more from the 3-Tiers and the Nini finally figures out what to do with TierZ, which seems she has not enough time to devout to ... her "creepy" stories are always different in that category ... especially like the weird "Strange Ancestors" tale. She needs to get her freak on for those. Hope we see a bit more of the "new look" Kokomi, the old and young versions.
Here's looking forward to it. Again, thanks to all of you who have joined in and made our group successful!!

Finally, Nini posted a quick "mood" piece, titled The Art of Drawing ... a relatively short clip from her DA Twitter Page. Not much to it, but it seems to have
some covert lesbian overtones ( maybe that's just how my mind works? ), which would be a first for Nini. I did tweak it a little from the Original Post, but I
like the way it turned out. Actually, I would have titled it "draw me like one of your French girls, Jacqueline" ... but then, I digress ... but certainly not
as much as the artist! Talk about artistic license!
