So what's the Group consensus on the subject? In Nini's absence and no answer from her, should I throw the 2 week waiting period out the window? I hate it that that f_ckface over at F95 is posting things as soon as they're released by Nini ... but I don't want the loyal members to suffer here as a result. We've been towing the line for a year and a half and I'd like to keep it that way ... but the Soviets are invading. Kick back or fight back (this is so infantile!).

I understand the getting it "free" aspect. I realize that in essence, I am violating what she would actually want. I wasn't "ordained" by her to spread the "word";
still, she did say she can't stop other from sharing, but she did ask me personally to "curb my enthusiasm" and wait 2 weeks ... all I can do personally is comply.

According to your info, Nini went "private" back in March 2023, which matches the timeline of the first appearance of this Brutus68 character ( IQ, maybe? ).
All I can do here, is what I've been doing since we started. The Group will have their say.

I totally get where you are coming from. But sometimes I think the public mistakes "Tolerance" for "Support". Nini tolerates the leaks...and I am pretty sure she does not support them, however its the internet and porn is the #1 thing leaked on the net..and nobody ain't doing nothing about it...so like you said she cannot do anything about it.

As for the Brutus guy...meh...he is no different than anyone else on the web that leaks content. Yes he has some strong opinions about Nini's content which you may not agree with, but who doesn't. He is no different than someone that may decide to leak DakoAssman, OCICI, GA3D, CVExtreme3D, etc. Their business is leaking....I feel just maybe you folks are taking a more "personal" reaction or stance to his presence because you are "Super Fans" of the author whose content he is leaking.

Hmm ... "super-fan" ... no ... I just really like her content and look forward to her monthly output. It's one of those few pleasures I allow myself; like a favorite film-maker's movies, or a music group. If I like it, it becomes part of my everyday DNA. It's like a "Swifty" ( is that the proper term? ) ... I like some of her stuff, but I couldn't for the life of me name an album she released, let alone name a song ... but I can appreciate their collective affection for Ms. Swift. But the "haters" ... isn't there enough of that sh1t in the World today? Social media has allowed many people to be just plain rude ... "brutus" is a result of that culture. Don't make excuses or accept that kind of behavior. No thank you.
ME ... I'm simply a "patron" on Nini's work ... I want her to continue making her videos and telling her stories. It's that simple.

I am following this group since it was created and before also when this group was on another site though I was not logged in. I totally support this group rule that is there from the very start of 2 weeks policy. Some might say we are pirates so why wait. Well...... I agree we are pirates but we should give nini her fair share of time to do her earning on the efforts she make to entertain us & if we become greedy then she might stop making and then what huh.......yes you all get nothing knuckle heads.......

There's nothing wrong with the 2 week wait period. Just imagine if Nini's decides to release her work on the 15th and 30th of the month for everyone. It will eliminate her work from being out before she wants it to be. That being said, If you're lucky to get her releases early, keep it to yourself and let us people with patience have our 2 weeks.

No worries. I feel the same way, but when all is said and done, we are pirates, when push comes to shove. If I had never conversed with Nini about this, I probably could care less ... but I'm invested now. The creators who have "umpteen" subscribers ... some of them just keep their members dangling for months before they post. Nini, on the other hand, is pretty consistent and she does respond to her subscribers ... though it IS kind of frustrating when she disappears for the Fall Clothing Conventions this time of year. Oh well, such is life.

Again, thanks for the likes on the fan-edits. I'm working on the big one right now ... not fun, plus I noticed some things that need changing in the BD V1-V8 edit.
So it's a work-in-progress as usual, slow going too. Good news ... CVX is up and (slowly) running, so kudos to him and I hope he's back in action soon. His new walk cycles for "Jenny" look mighty nice,; clothed and unclothed. Rest well!

Okay ... what we have here is a somewhat major rewrite of the final chapter of Billiards. Nini released Billiards V9-V11 this morning. It clocks in at almost 2 Hours, rivaling Business Trip as one her longest epic stories. All I will say on the matter is that the ending has a more realistic vibe than the bat-shit crazy ending of her original opus. I just finished up some editing chores ... the complete Fan-edit will take a "wee-bit" longer, as the are so many juicy bits that were edited out, but could still maintain the flavor of her revised ending. Should be fun [ HAH!! ].

CVX uses VAM software ... same as Nini and Fyronyx ... his work just keeps getting better, month by month! He currently is working on a remake of Nini's Tribal story ... back on the job after a health-related hiatus.

I'm currently editing the Billiards compilation; much more timing consuming than I expected ... lot's of bits need touching up. It'll be around 2 hours long ... 1080p version around 9 GB (maybe more?) ... it should be ready on time by next Tuesday.
I think Hisako's getting impatient with me, too!

So, I am absolutely in favor of the two week waiting period and anything else that keeps us in good standing with the platform we are on and with the creator, all praise our glorious Nini. I was not present for the "calamity" but heard about it hear and there from ppl on the 8muses forums, so I really just don't want to rock the boat and think its fair to give Nini some time to make money from those who 1. Cant wait or 2. Have lots of disposable income, I fit into neither of those.
But, maybe if you want to send me Billiards 11 so I can QA it I would be happy to take a look.
However as a 90's kid, I do know my way around some of the shadier sides of the internet---> BTW does Nini have a bounty system or copywrite protections, I have come across a few adult websites where her works are tagged "created by" and being monetized or otherwise locked behind paywalls by some unknown artist.

Just to be clear ... the two week waiting period has nothing to do with the APCX Site; Nini asked me to please wait 2 weeks before posting her new media, so I'm
honoring her request ... it's as simple as that. I know there are other groups elsewhere who don't give two sh1ts about what she thinks. That works for them ... I don't care what they do. I created this group after the demise of 8Muses, and it's entirely based on that former group ... albeit the elimination of shota content ... which we may be "somewhat" responsible for the collapse of 8Muses ... I don't know that for a fact ... but there are hints. In a nutshell, that's it.
*** I can tell you my PC and editing program are working overtime getting the compilation Billiards Ver 2 completed. I just finished Episode V9 ... and I've completely re-translated Nini's original subtitles and extended a few sex scenes, which I'm sure will please a lot of you.
*** I will say this about the story so fan; Hisako is her own worst enemy, decision-wise ... Peter is partly to blame for her cheating ... Danny, on the other hand, seems to be a bystander, then a willing participant, given that yummy Hisako easily makes herself available ... not a very trustworthy friend, though.
***Now on to blend the 2 versions of Episode 10 ... Episode 11 should be fairly simple by comparison. My plan is to release V9-V11 separately, both OG and FanEdit; then the combined V1-V11 OG & FE ... both 720p & 1080p formats ... then individual episodes if requested.
*** I want to thank you all who responded to the makeshift Poll ... I appreciate the idea that I'm not the only idiot here.
