let me know if this does not belong here, was just moving the discussion along and do not want to get too off topic.

Serious discussion and query is always welcome here!
To answer your first question, I use
ShotCut for editing. It's free and it's constantly being updated by the Techs and mostly by users. There is a bit of a learning
curve, but it's fairly easy to save projects, edit, remix sound, etc. once you get used to it.

I disagree about
Ocici: at least he
moves the camera around during the sex scenes, whereas
Dako just repeats static loops ...
"endlessly". They both use the same formula unfortunately; once the sex starts ... nothing happens afterward.
Ocici did try a new approach with story
Love U Too, but it appears he's returned to the same old formula.
Fyronyx is very good, BUT his stories are overlong and could really use some serious editing. At least he's started subtitling in English ... but the lengthy sex scenes are his weakness; they can gettin boring after a while ... and the males are laughable; maybe that's the point? Are we?

Story always seems to be the weakness with most animators. But then, I think some are coerced bu their subscribers; there are a lot of great animators who keep cranking out crap. The animators do polls, which never seems to allow the artists to grow, or challenge themselves. I was thankful when
Jackerman took a hiatus to do
Mother's Warmth Pt. 3 ... half the crap he put lately out was due to his subscribers insisting on the stories. It must be maddening.
CVXtreme3D is my buddy, so we're in constant contact about content and technique. He's barely out of the gate ... and I'd imagine for most animators, your confidence grows the more you familiarize yourself with the software. I have total faith in him.
Nini's females are one of a kind. True, I'm certain there is a basic female template, but she's managed to modify them and make them her own. If you look at the
glut of other
3D VAM artists flooding the Web and compare the "models" ... most all look the same, and most are cookie-cutter as Hell.
PS. I wish
Trish627 would come out of his self-imposed retirement ... his new stuff is quite good! And you're right,
Reparations in the Dark is another great work
of his! But I suppose life happens to us all. Sometimes we just need a break.
