Did she attend an art/design school? Was there an inspiration? She was already dabbling with 2D art ... so was it easier for her to animate

I believe she did, as it's in her "old" archives, which have since been pulled from Pixiv by Nini herself ... fortunately, Nozomi's Archives are still intact. I assume it's a mirror site someone in Japan created a while back. A fun place to browse actually!

5 and 6 look like Business Trip
She probably likes games too and the animation system it comes with is appealing. When I had 3dsexvilla at the time, I started using blender to create a Jackson because I wanted to make a heavy metal animation.

She does have a habit of creating images and clips to remember ideas, instead of jotting down written notes.
Regarding Business Trip, I think Nini could just re-do the specific scenes that have the mosaic censorship, then release those scenes individually, as she did with BT 5.5 (the bathtub scene) ... we fans could do the heavy-lifting and edit it in ourselves. It would save her a lot of time if she approached it from that angle.
Still, she has a lot on her plate at present: finishing up Incense and KCD; then onto Billiards and 5 Colored Rangers. Maybe afterward she might attempt it?

Listen ... I wish Nini had a lot more supporters truthfully. You mentioned the word "art", so let's address that. Nini always spends a lot of effort on her stories, which I personally love. She always improving the "look" of her well-dressed female characters ... they are just so voluptuous and a pleasure to look at. Unfortunately, I'd say the majority of male viewers viewing 3D porn just want whacking material ... period. They don't, for the most part, want a story stretched out over 3 or more chapters, unless it's the female getting boned in every possible way relentlessly.
Nini takes her time ... let's us get to know the object of our desire. Not all of her "fans" like that. I admit, I love seeing Penny, Kokomi or Miyoko getting shagged;

For me what she does is great, the girls are beautiful but at the same time different, that body that face is just WOOW . they are not the typical skinny model with implants and that is the best.
