Looks like someone just made the edge lines thicker... heh, makes me wonder if that's all that was done.

Edge detection -> Turn grayscale -> white-threshold -> darken 90% -> white-threshold -> overlay on image.

Or ran though some cellshade filter...

It was definitely some AI filter pipeline. Her comment on the Patreon seems to suggest so.
