Not sure of the page count but here are the 59 pages of the pdf converted to jpg format. Around 1200 x 1600 in res and 23mb total. Enjoy..........

As far as I know, the original French version was 62 pages long, and the following pages come after what is page 57 in the PDF. Unfortunately, I could only find low-quality images:
