You have to make and account on e-hentai first, login and then try to enter ex.
You'll probably get the white page, so you'll have to delete the specific cookies from both sites I think (or just ex) and try again.

You are probably not deleting the cookie properly of something... you could try accessing using another browser to test it, just remember to login to e- first.
