Sorry, but my PDF-Extractor - normally failing to export the Text to JPG Format with old Fansadox/DoFantasy Files - works perfect with this one for a Change...

That one must have been a reencode, rather than the original Fansadox comic. In their old comics, the text is added to the images as separate vectors. Good for readability, especially with otherwise low-quality images, but a pain to extract from the pdf (Which I'm sure the editor would consider a plus...)
