She don't need Beauty treatments or new foundation, she the proper doctor medication, she is ill .... She definitely has some serious jaundice & low himoglobin. Maybe hanna is having some serious eye problems, ? Who knows maybe hanna needs to upgrade the glasses number, ..... Otherwise I can't fine any proper explanation

Now you are saying this , i think, hanna has some serious beautification for him /her , to achieve that look , he/she needs to have a pale skin tone like this . And look at the tooth structure? Don't you think, it is deliberately created this way to look him/her unappealing

thats quite a possibility.. some future treatments might be planned to make him a sexy lady of real look.. I mean skin treatments are already in talk
