Finally didn't get a late start this week. It took some time to decide how I wanted to lay this page out, but things went smoothly once I figured it out. Next I'll get to lining then should be able to have it colored at the usual time.

I worked on this page for a little while in a completely different direction, but ultimately I felt I should focus a little more on Pacifica's excitability now that she's going for it. Pretty much restarting the page set me back a bit, but it does leave me with some things already prepared for the next page, but for now I start lining this.

Got a late start to the week again due to an emergency I had to handle over the weekend, on top of having already had two appointments planned for this week, so it's been a rough one. I'll get straight to lining this now, then should still have it colored at the usual time Friday.

Here are the colors for page 37 of Matchmaking Mishaps. Pacifica gets a greater mouthful than expected, but she's still determined to drink it all.

Decided to try a white bordering on the effect lines in the final pages since they were otherwise blended into the background a bit. Some times I've tried just making them white, but then that still maintains a lack of visibility when the background alternates to a lighter color. I figured the white border would maintain visibility like it does for colored text, so it should work on thinner lines too.

Quite a bit behind because I just had a tough time this week overall. The things I've been having to deal with have made it very difficult to get a proper sleep for the last 2 weeks or so, and today I just finally crashed excessively before finally having the energy to finish this. I'll try and have the lines and colors done as soon as possible, but I have yet another appointment to get to in less than 10 hours from now, which is further going to delay me.

Finally done. I should have had this finished sooner, but I gave up and had to nap. I was simply too tired to make any further progress on this when I returned home and decided I would have to do so once I was a bit recharged.

I got a late start again this week, and my sleep schedule is still absolutely destroyed so I'm waking up in the evenings, so my working time remains later than I'd like. That means it's time for me to sleep soon despite the hour, but I'll get to finishing the lines and colors for this as soon as possible.
