I've been wondering which character will appear in the next chapter, it seems Incog started SS at S3 and is going from there
1. Ben 10,000 had Ben and Gwen going to the future, and the fifth part (Book 1) features Future Gwen
[Lucy only appears in S4, which is why Ben and Gwen didn't know her]
2. A Change of Face features Charmcaster, and the seventh part (Book 2) features her.
3. BenWolf features Kai and the Eight part (Book 2)
Now there's only two parts left and the epilogue, and going from BenWolf the only new characters that appear are:
1. Joan Maplewood and her son (Seems unlikely since these two characters only appeared once)
2. Cash and J.T AKA Ben bullies (Again seems unlikely that Incog would add them)
3. Xylene AKA Grandpa Max's lover (She seems the most likely to appear)

These next are episodes from Season 4 and beyond:
4. The episode Perfect Day is kinda focused on Ben's perfect dream day before becoming a Nightmare, it also features the return of Kai (I kinda see Incog using it to see the return of Future Gwen, Charmcaster, Lucy and Kai as some kinda of dream orgy, while also adding Gwen to the dream)
5. Divided We Stand is a kinda of Beach episode (that features Gwem's green swimsuit by the way) but no new characters
6. Don't Drink The Water sees Charmcaster return, and has Grandpa Max becoming younger due to shenanigans but Incog did say he wasn't going to use Max so...
7. Big Fat Alien Wedding is Lucy's debut episode...
8. Ben 10 vs. Negative 10: Part 1 adds the last new character that is Cooper.

So, Sultry Summer might go with past characters returning, just focusing on Ben and Gwen now, OR go with characters from S1 and S2 and maybe Julie (Ben's girlfriend from the sequel)

I like the idea, but I dunno, it seems unlikely.

Also, I forgot to mention the "Ken 10" episode that features Ben and Kai's son along with Kevin's son (and some background character that looks like Kai and fans theorized that she's Ben's daughter)
