One question... Why didn't you post the first 4 pages of book 1?

Not the OP, but he might have overlooked that they were missing. Probably a better way to ask that question.........

I'll take care of the omission, Sultry Summer, Book 1 cover and the 1st 4 pages, png format, 2481x3507, 29MB. You'll have to fix the names to match your version.

Incognitymous always switches between his main comics between chapters. Now its Chain Reaction time but it looks like the chapter is over soon so Sultry Summer will continue.

Sultry Summer 313 Sketch​

Here is the sketch for page 313 of Sultry Summer. The team arrives at the wedding location for Joel and Camille, where they again encounter a familiar face.

Finally done. Technically there were only two panels to sketch, but there was a lot of background to get shots of and figure out, and my very old source files are a bit of a mess, so the first frame in particular was quite a hassle getting prepped and usable without being a blurry mess that had empty spots from before I used vector speech bubbles placed on top of the fully drawn panels.

But, with everything figured out the lining phase should be easy. The coloring phase would be, but I'll have to get the coloring approach figured out, which always makes a new scenery take a bit longer than it otherwise would, but I'm sure it won't be that problematic this time around.

Also, it's that time to do my monthly work elsewhere, which I considered doing next week, but since I was able to get this intro done in a single page I figured I'd do it this week so that the actual scene is not interrupted.

Also also, I actually have an illustration I started over the weekend, which I got so far as to get the flats done, but I ended up having to sleep then get started on this before I finished. I'm hoping to have some extra time due to how relatively quick I'm expecting this page to be to finish, and if so I'll finish the illustration that I started.

Sultry Summer 313​

Here are the colors for page 313 of Sultry Summer. The team arrives at the upcoming wedding location for Joel and Camille, where they again encounter a familiar face.

As I stated in the lines and sketch, only one page this week because I had to do monthly work elsewhere. But, this scene will only require this page as the intro, so next week can get straight into the scene.

Also, I was hoping to have an extra illustration colored to go with this, but my work elsewhere took a horrendous amount of time to complete so I have only this for now, but I'll be trying to get to that in a moment after preparing for the day since I just recently woke up.

I also have a super simple illustration that was close to completion this weekend but I stopped working on it for other things. I may do the finishing touches on that before I start the lines, but we'll see how I feel on that.
