I think Izumisan is less worse than Moonlly because at least Izumisan didn't post stupid shit like Moonlly every 3 months saying they are working on something and something is coming soon to then posting nothing at all. Izumisan just stop posting. Not like Izumisan owed anything to the subs. The subs can unsub anytime they want and Izumisan can stop posting anytime also. There was one honest Koikatsu feminization artist named Maideneir who did the honest action of taking the patreon down for a year and saying later that he/she was getting back into the drawing and started the Patreon back up. A more honest and respectable way of doing business, but I doubt most Patreon creators would do that.

If what it takes for them to come back is to just never address it and start releasing again I'm fine with it. I would rather get the story then not at all. Sucks they ghosted for so long but people could have all unsubbed if they really wanted to after the first month with no posts and stayed following to see if they ever came back. Some people don't want to do the awkward apology though and whatever fuck it I just want to see where the story goes rather them hiding away forever because they feel the need to address it and they don't want to.
