Current hotwife books tend to have a little more cuckold/cheating/femdom angst in them. Not all, but there's more of it than there used to be. Because of that, I'm wary of new books from all authors and try to wait for reviews to appear on goodreads before reading books now. Newer authors tend to want to write what you're looking for but that's not guaranteed either.
Authors worth reading are:
Arnica Butler
Sean Geist
GK Grayson
Jason Lenov
Kirsten McCurran
Kenny Wright
Authors to consider. May not have read a lot of their work:
Ben Boswell - good writer but haven't found a story that I thought was amazing yet.
C. Holt
Krystal Hope - can be great, can be boring
Alex Lee - Tried one series and it started ok but got boring/annoying
Matthew Lee - trigger author for me. Was a favorite and I've read a lot of his work. His older stuff was pretty good. The books from 2023 had more selfish wives than open couples working together so I stopped considering his books. May have "improved" but I haven't read anything newer than 'A Hotwife Homecoming'
Andrea Martin
Carter Saint
Alex Skylar
David Stone
Delores Swallows - quality is improving
Vickie Vaughan
Victoria Wessex
Authors I avoid:
Matt Coolomon - poor quality or lacks sizzle, high volume writer
Manus Dare - some high angst cuckolding and heartbreak
Peter G Johnson - some high angst cuckolding and heartbreak
KT Morrison - overly verbose with some high angst cuckolding and heartbreak
Karly Violet - poor quality or lacks sizzle, high volume writer
Lena White - some stories or early-series books are amazing, others are jump-the-shark crazy
I may have a list on this site of which books from each author, but you can search goodreads or amazon for recommended stories. Most of these authors have threads on this site with a ton of books worthy of your time.
None of these authors are perfect, even my favorite authors have books I thought were "shit".
