So, the Patreon importer is broken since Monday, with admins not being around since October, I fear for the worst.
Same with coomer and than the problems the side itself has (not reacting).

Who knows how long this will go

I told you – money. They get paid not to post or to delay posts. Plus, they get advertising revenue because the site is visited by a large number of people. So, theoretically, they get double the income.
And to keep interest in the site high, they can periodically leak some material.
Some authors haven't updated for over two years, although they continue to post, while others are posted as soon as they do.

In the more than five years the site has been around, the owners haven't managed to establish a stable resource, and now they're simply cashing in and making easy money.

But hey, day by day, somehow the more I observe and contemplate, the more this speculation practically makes sense, idk .

I just had a look and... it's a bit odd.
The first two entries in the "last cached updated artists" page are from Patreon. But just those two. After those, there are dozens (hundreds?) of entries from Discord.
Dates are interesting too. Kemono hadn't been updating from Discord since March 23. Then a long stint with only Discord updates. Then those two... on April 4th, that is, three days ago. Then NO updates at all for the last three days. No Patreon, no Discord, nothing.
So... maybe someone tried to fix the Patreon scraper... got it working for a little while... then borked the entire thing?

Good question, the admins/mods/Devs, I think at that point we can say it's all one person is silent since October. So, yes there was something, maybe an attempt but nothing for sure.

as in starting april 11th, been noticing the site to be having trouble to load or get a good connection. as in last night/this morning. the site has been now going to the 503 errors or server lost. can generally get to the site, but doing anything more will tend to lead to a server connectiong loss. could be maintenance but kemono might be going down like the other links. sadlly.

Yeah the site I think has been dying for a bit. The site itself is still up but the download hosts have been struggling and now all of them n1-n4 are just gone or completely unresponsive. Access the site and try to download anything to see what I am talking about. Either they are being worked on (personal doubts) or the webmaster has fully disappeared and the website has been left to linger until it slowly hit a fail point which we are now seeing.

Yes, as of today it seems to have fully gone down for me.

Here is hoping they get back up sooner rather than later.

For me, site is still the same as it has been since April 4th: no new updates, but I can access the artists' pages, download stuff etc.

it seems to work fine for me again, though the only thing i notice that it seems everything is paused..kinda like coomer, where you can access and look around, but nothing updated or some have been rolled back a few weeks or months in some cases.

Working would be a bit of a stretch. Let's say, it's still accessible.
Also, just a small edit to the list, the chan is completely down 2/3 days now.
