The Alpha Beta series mostly focuses on m2f TG transformations, however some of them latter become bimbos. The companion series Beta Moms is mainly about women becoming bimbos, so you could probably skip that even though they are connected.

Keshara's world is indeed a bit overwhelming, characters from a few years back in another titled story will pop up in a new comic. That is usually referenced, but still it can be quite challenging to remember who is who or more correctly who WAS who- especially since there are literally hundreds of characters throughout all of the stories.
