This part of story has no sense at all Friends started with Frank asking his friend Eric to disguise as a woman it supposed to have been the first time and Alice was Erics's girlfriend, totally incongruous. not to mention that Eric's physical aspect has changed a lot

I mean its pretty clear this story isnt as well planned out as Kizaru's newer stories like taming of the beast/shifting self. Even the elevn prince story was put on hold, but Friends I fear has bloated a bit out of control and lost itself.
So I try to hold only the most recent stuff as important, else I'd go nuts trying to justify character stuff that was written years ago

Well. I saw that too. I think this is how many creators run their stories: they come from a motivation to tell a compelling idea, but that doesn't always mean it's a closed story with a beginning, middle and an end. Sometimes the story is only the packing for this one cool idea.
From my point of view, I would have closed the story at 1108 and try to close the line there somehow. From 1109 I would have created some kind of spin-off like “Friends – The Beginning” or create a short story that’s somehow attached, but only with one or two identical characters.
But, hey… as long as this is not kizarus’s main job but a hobby…I think we are already on a high level of quality here… .

Unfortunately, the story has reached a dead end. In fact, the story stopped developing 300 pages ago, probably. And each new “update” is just a stretch of the same thing! It seems to me that it would be necessary to somehow complete this part of the story, and if the author wishes, to start a new story about Alice, about anyone. This is the same problem that happens with Keshara stories. The characters and plots just grow and grow until you can't make sense of anything. I feel like some creators test the waters with some basic stuff to see how much of a base they can build up; they then just throw caution to the wind to go in their own crazy direction and lose sight of the finish line.

Well, actually, there were quite a few characters mixed in with Friends, unlike most similar stories, but they always remained secondary. However, when a few of the secondary characters started to come to the fore, everything froze. A striking example is the scene with the visit and the game of “truth/action”, which was meaninglessly dragged on for a third of the story without plotting, without development, without progression. just to drag out an unnecessary scene.
In fact, the idea of forcing Eric to cross-dress and partially humiliating him with the help of his girlfriend/ex-girlfriend was quite interesting. Because I was hoping that it would be a development of his feelings, as it started to happen after the first blowjob. And I thought that she would just push him with her “punishment” to realize what he really wanted, and this in turn would push him even more towards Frank.
