I don't think there are any that I have not encountered in one form or another. Overtime for me these scenarios just blend into each other or maybe it is not that deep for me. However, I have discovered that I prefer when the stories are not realistic. Let the fantasy remain what it is, a fantasy. That is why I love Klrxo stories and others like it.

Provided the story is well written, I am good.

I would agree with @jingleballsie in that I've encountered any that I could think of. There are some tropes that I would like to see more of because the ones I have seen aren't that great or there are few of. An example of this are the mom teaching the son about sex. I also like when the mom and son pretend to be a couple and end up doing things. One of the best in this trope IMHO is SpacerX's Dating Maggie although the mom and son never have sex in that story which is a waste. Still a hot story, but it needed them to have sex at some point.

There are other tropes that I'm not thinking of at the moment.

Mom and son pretending to be a couple, one of my favorite is the realtor mom and son who pretends to be her husband when they are in Canada as she is licensed in both us and Canadian markets. That was a great series...but I don't remember if it ever 'finished'.

But the best is Spring Break Wife by Majorrewrite on literotica. So hot and great pacing.

The idea of a mother and son pretending to be a couple is one of the hottest for me. (When I was in my early 20's, I actually had an older MILF playmate who would join me for out of town adventures and sometimes we would roleplay/pretend to be mother and son when we checked into hotels, went to restaurants, etc. I've got a funny story about one particular hotel visit, but have to leave for work, so I'll write about it later.) Anyway...
