Kinda wish it would be per page as well. A few of the thread 1 image per post. Makes for... very slow downloading. Lots of "F3 Right-click T" combos. Also formatting for 'stories mixed with images' isn't preserved.

Two problems.
1) I don't see one for the entire page (or thread). Only per post.
2) Download isn't available for text only, or if you reference an image rather than adding it. Example, this post will not have a download button.

For getting stuff for free, you complain a lot.Two problems.

But each and every CONTENT file has one! Nobody wants to download textfiles here, dude. That's why THIS post of course has no download button.Two problems.

By the way, you could try the old school method for downloading textfiles: Simply copy and paste, I guess it's the "C" and the "V"on your keyboard, together with the button very left, the one with the arrow on it. Just try it, it's amazing how they make you download textfiles like this the whole day long and even at night. Trust me, it works. And after all, you can tell all your friends how amazing this experience was. Cheers mate, so good to have you here.

Yes that will get the raw text. As long as you don't mind missing, oh, links, formatting, colors, links to images, code blocks, collapsible portions, as well as a bunch of garbage to filter out and ordering of images (if any) being out of place.
You know sometimes it's not just the images or attachments you want to keep Some posts have good flavortext or are a story with a few images too, or in a writing section that's all there is.
When it's monotonous boring work that is making me feel like I'm gaining corporal tunnel to download things. Yeah I'm complaining a little. In theory i could write a script that would download all attachments everywhere, but the note attached doesn't give information where it came from and it just becomes a big pile of 'to sort' with no organization at all.
If i could i'd just run a http mirror/duplicator/scraper and have it go through all the pages and then i'd make a script to clean up the information and then download attachments after the fact once i get it to organize the data.
Some threads are 200-600 pages long, and each page is 20 posts, especially in the 3D/comics section. Worse some people post 1 image per post, so you can have 5 pages of what could have taken 1-2 posts if they were zipped down and where doing a 'download' button would be far easier rather than creating 100 tabs and then trying to download 5-10 posts at a time.

Yes, people who upload a whole comicstory as single images are really a pain in the a... for all unzipped (Image-)postings there will allways b a downie button automatically generated by the system with which you can easily download any pdf or what the f... ever! I don't really care about erotic literature since this is a comic forum (it's not "AllPornBooX",isn't it? So I would say, if you have any complaints about how hard it is for you to download a 600 pages book, do it in the

It's called "Portable Documents Format" (.pdf) and it's something like an insider's tip for uploading ebooks or any text or image document...
