I think some touches on the script could lead to interesting results, but the concepts for a good werewolf tf are already there.
Well, Locofuria did some Oozaru TFs a long time ago, which makes me wonder how something like that would look like now days... I personally have other suggestions for example in that case, we could say that our nerdy protagonist is a very far distant descendant of saiyan-human hybrids, ya know genetics and stuff.
Or you can just straight go to bizarre yet interesting ideas, like Saiyan Chara from Piterkai.
