[Lois Einhorn] An Academy of Trans Women Soldiers Story

This is an idea I had based on a story by an author named Velvet Vex, but I'm not sure if anyone is interested:

Nathan Grant is twenty years old, broke, and three months behind on rent. The DUI killed his delivery job. The art degree went up in loan interest. When a former classmate slides him the address of an upscale companion agency in a downtown brownstone, Nathan goes to negotiate. He doesn’t expect to sign anything.

Madame Silken Floss doesn’t pressure. She slides the contract across the desk, lifts her reading glasses, and watches him sign with the calm of a woman who already knows his answer….
***
Broke and desperate, 20-something Evan Park signs a too-good “contract” and walks into the Velvet Institute: a shady place where young male criminals, fugitives and those wanting a new lease on life can turn into women, but it requires loyalty, obedience and becoming henchwomen for Madame Floss.
***
Twenty-year-old Luke Rivers has spent six years hiding. Hiding the panties in his dresser; hiding the cheap wig he bought with birthday money; hiding the cage he locks himself into alone at night, wishing someone else held the key.
When he finds the Velvet Institute’s dark website, he doesn’t stumble onto it by accident. He’s been searching for years.
The $32,000 in student debt? That’s just his excuse. The truth is darker, needier, harder to admit: he wants this. He wants to serve for Silken Floss. Every feminization fantasy, every secret session with toys, every shameful orgasm in front of the mirror has been leading here.
On Day One, Luke asks for pink hair. He joins his new comrades, Nathan and Evan as they become trans women soldiers.

A little piece.
"A uniform for the uninitiated," Nadia remarked, her fingers tracing the violet striping of the pink fabric. She looked over at Melanie, the gothic girl who was still shivering in her oversized training gear. "The Madame didn't just provide for our needs, Lyra. She predicted our appetites."

The transition was immediate and clinical. There was no request, only the heavy, unspoken weight of the assets' will. Lyra gestured to the floor, her auburn braid whipping across her shoulder. "Strip. Now."
