Any luck? Neighborhood Encounters is Don Silver's best series right now, IMHO. Surprised more attention isn't being paid to it. I like how Undercover is shaping up, too.

I see that Neighborhood Encounters Ch 5 was added to kemono but I don’t see the actual content of the chapter, only comments. Does anyone have the text of the chapter?
