Chapter 20 has become more detailed. But Dan has already lost his wife, and she doesn't even think about him sexually, before going to the club when she sucks Laster's fingers. And now she's getting excited about fucking other men. And it's likely that between fucking Laster or his daughters she'd prefer to fuck, if Laster worked it out and said that the girls would be fine with their father, she'd be fine with it. She's already totally corrupted. (I thought with the draft that Sarah still loved her husband), with this information from the end of chapter 20 I already have the notion that nothing else matters to her. Even more so if Laster shows that he has a lot of money in his bank accounts.
It would be nice for Dan to find another wife, his wife is a prostitute and he didn't know it, she was hiding waiting to leave and his pathetic idea helped it all. Never would a man seduce his wife, the US has a lot of cultural things that are different from us in Brazil.

Dan will be blackmailed in many ways by his employers it seems, Sarah will slowly become a prostitute and being filmed could end her career at the hospital. She and Dan are in a hole that's hard to get out of. It would be easier for Laster to threaten Dan with the videos of Sarah at the hospital, if he gets in the way he'll send them to the directors and she'll lose her job and her house. Laster knows about the couple's financial situation, Sarah is already submissive to him, the only thing that gets in the way is Dan.

I’m really glad Don added to the storyline at the end because we got more insight into Lester and Sarah’s relationship than the alpha draft. But….. this story really needs to end soon as Don is repeating the same scenes and sexual dialogue between Lester and Sarah. It’s not advancing the storyline. I think Don missed a opportunity to revisit an unanswered question posed by Lester to Sarah at the end of Chapter 18. Does she love him or not? Either answer would have given Lester ample opportunity to exploit. Sarah is now hyper aware and vocal about her sexuality and power she has over men so I’m expecting anal play, a leaked sex video from Dan’s laptop likely getting her canned, and a future gangbang or threesome scenario ( hopefully with no Byron or Jessie involved). I do hope before Lester coaxes her to act out on their fantasies IRL, Don spent much time and detail with the breeding and pregnancy kink (especially last three chapters). Let Lester get his wish soon by having Sarah get pregnant with their baby boy. Now taken and owned by Lester she can bang away to her heart’s content while knowing she is knocked up.

I hope Don writes a happier end for Dan. Hopefully Dan will meet a prettier and younger version of Sarah, but someone who is not a slut, loves his daughters and helps build up him up into a success. Then we get to experience Sarah’s jealousy and hormonal rage for losing her loving husband and family, a beautiful home and car, and her respectable position at work while being pregnant with Lester’s second child.
