Looking for Flogmaster ebooks

I’m looking for any of the ebooks the flogmaster has listed on his website. I know he is Frank Martinet, and I have the books he’s published through LSF Publications, but I haven’t been able to find any of the “Twelve of the best” volumes anywhere.
