I'm getting a lot of messages from people who aren't able to get the link, so I'll try to explain it more clearly.
1- This is the website I used to encode the link.

2- After accessing it, copy the code:

3- Use the DECODE option.
4- With the new code generated, repeat steps 2 and 3, this will generate the link to the folder with the books.

Nothing happened, I just took advantage of the fact that I wanted to make it even more difficult in case they wanted to take down the link to make a joke.Did something bad happen to you?

I was making a filter that obfuscates data, Just a little encoding method. -> "Jtrr `Ā²jgpāæā d Ā²kbkbgkf jdpfld."
it's actual purpose is to reorder bytes to help in a theoretical compression algorithm, and other than a few tweaks in how it processes it isn't really a crypto. Though it would certainly stump people for a while.
