It seems odd that the upon discovery, the move is to 'take a picture' as my sister is cheating on her boyfriend. There are a few things I suppose can happen from here:

1. Salma takes the picture and shows it to their mother, where Farrah will as a result be placed on lock down.
2. Salma uses the picture to coerce the masseur into having sex by threatening to expose Farrah's infidelity.
3. Salma takes the picture and confronts Farrah with what she discovered, and they have a heart to heart. Farrah explains the details of how she and the masseur started their sexual relationship, and Salma, curious, proposes that she joins in, much to Farrah's protests.
4. Salma takes the picture and shows it to Yousef, forcing a break up since she doesn't like Yousef all that much.
5. Salma takes the picture and shows it to Yousef because she's masking an attraction to him, and takes the opportunity to start something with Yousef.

I hope the 3rd one plays out, but honestly knowing Max's style, I can see it being any one of these, or even a number of them put together.
