The
first Nikki Law story
Call Me Mistress originally appeared on Lustomic's (long gone) sister site, Sadomic.com. It is FemDom with no sissy/shemale content.
Apparently, the only copy in circulation is a poorly
resized version of the Lustomic issue.
The original size of any Lustomic comic can be ascertained by going to its preview page. In this case,
Right-clicking on the preview image and selecting
open in new tab. The URL in the address bar will end in "_small.jpg". Edit out
_small from the URL, reload the page and the full-size image appears. In this case, a paltry (by today's standards) 950x653. Perhaps that is why someone saw fit to resize all the images to 1979x1360. A disappointingly common practise, IMHO. Unless it was whatever was used to extract them from the PDF.
I have produced an
upscaled version of the original Sadomic issue, from 950x653 to a more acceptable 2000x1374
But what is the difference between
resizing and
upscaling? - am I not just doing the same thing I am criticizing others for doing?
resizing available in such editors/viewers as
Ifanview and
PaintShop (both of which I use) uses relatively primitive techniques to increase/decrease the size of an image
upscaling uses the latest AI techniques to provide a superior result. I use
waifu2x
contrast an
upscaled preview page (top) with its
resized version (bottom) from the available distribution
Owing to the "sketchy" (watercolor?) artwork, the difference may not be very apparent, but comparing the text zoomed to 200% makes it clear (note also the heavy jpeg artifacts - I use waifu2x's lowest Denoise level to reduce them)
