[Mags Inc/Reluctant Press] Sissy / Feminization

Here are the rest. I also apologise for any grammar or spelling mistakes I missed while converting these as I had to scan through and fix a lot that converting messed up but I know I will still have missed a few so I hope it doesn't spoil your enjoyment of them as she wrote some lovely frilly stories!
Very kind of you.

I ran into a bit of a problem with those files. I could download them... but then Windows was unable to rename, move, or even delete them. Investigation with the "file locksmith" feature of PowerToys revealed that Windows Explorer itself was locking the files.

After a while, I figured out the problem. I had installed a tool (DarkThumbs) which will make thumbnail images of the epub covers (and a few other file formats too). It was attempting to create the thumbnails but essentially hanging. It works as a plug-in for Explorer, so it looked like Explorer was the one hanging.

I restarted Explorer and, instead of reopening the folder where the troublesome files was, I bypassed Explorer by opening a command-line (Terminal) and renaming the files from .epub to .zip (Epubs are actually zip files with a different file extension and particular rules to how the content should be organized-- many modern file formats are like that, such as the MS-Office and LibreOffice documents). That took care of the DarkThumbs issue.

Then I opened the zip files to figure out what was wrong. And it was not difficult to see: instead of the internal files residing at the root of the zip, they were all inside a subfolder. *That's not how an epub is supposed to be*. Some epub programs may be able to figure it out, but I wouldn't be surprised if others will get confused or just list the file as "corrupted."

Well, I repacked the files in the correct manner, renamed them to .epub and voilá... now they work as they should. I'm attaching the fixed files below.

That's a weird issue and I am happy you figured it out and reposted them fixed so I will edit my posts and if you don't mind I will quote your post so anyone else who has issues can then find your fixed one?

Does anyone have: 1247 Sorority Life by Sofronia Anne Strong please?

From what I could notice, for the most part the reprints MAGS Inc./Reluctant Press has offered in recent years (RP releases 3 titles every month, usually 2 are reprints) have the following differences:
1. New covers and illustrations. (Many of the old releases have low-quality illustrations, which seem to have been scanned with really primitive scanners from earlier printed books). All the new illustrations seem to be signed by "Al" (with an "L" like Al Capone, not an "i" like Artificial Intelligence). I have no other clue about the identity of the artist.
2. (Rarely) printing errors fixed.
3. Longer books often are split into two or even three volumes. If it's an anthology book, a longer story may be republished as a standalone book.
4. A few anthology books will be entirely missing a story.

Once again I would request for books of Bea (AKA Maureen Glasgow AKA Stella Satin AKA Tiffany Mellis). Quite a lot of her published stories (at amazon as well as Magsinc) are missing here. As she's such a great author (in the top 5 of the genre I believe), I hope someone here has some of her books that haven't been shared here yet. Please share any book if you can. Many of us will highly appreciate you. Thanks in advance.

I have some of Bea, Stella and Tiffany which have been converted to epub but they are all files i got from here I'm sure and one or 2 of the converted files have glitched letters or something as the epub versions show weird signs instead of certain letters or punctuation signs. I am still able to read and follow the stories and most converted fine so I can post what I have if you like?

I have included an image/screenshot of the error I mean but it only happened in a couple of difficult pdf to epub conversions and there is occasionally an odd spacing issue where there's a few sentences that only show one word per line but it's still in correct order just a weird spacing issue although that happens rarely and doesn't affect the reading of it. I have 26 epubs a mix of the 3 authors?

These are my Bea ones but please read my last post before downloading them as there are the occasional fault that happened during converting from pdf to epub. They don't stop you enjoying the story when they happen but some might find them annoying so be aware before downloading them and read this post.:

I only have a few Stella Satin but same as last post there may be occasional errors but nothing that stops enjoying the stories.

This bundle is all B C's work another lot I converted so there are some of the usual weird conversion glitches like illustrations being upside down or weird spacing but as with the others nothing that spoils the reading of the stories and there's a lot I had to convert by hand with OCR and copy/paste so I tried to use original covers and any illustrations so hopefully you can enjoy!

Thanks.
But why not in PDF without errors?
I got most of these from archives shared on here somewhere but a lot were pdf and of them a lot were really old format just images not text based so trying to read them was a nightmare for me as I use an ebook reader so I just got in the habit of converting them and the image based ones you have to take screenshots then use OCR and copy paste a LOT so although this way there are occasional errors or glitches some still prefer them but I don't keep the pdf files afterwards sorry but like I said I got them here in large zip archives or bundles so if you prefer pdf you can try downloading any archives and going through them although they were massive! This is just in case anyone wants them although like you some may prefer the pdf original 🤷‍♂️

Thanks.
But why not in PDF without errors?
Also it's not all errors it's just an occasional glitch maybe some older type of copyright protection or something but the illustrations sometimes being upside down does not affect the reading it's just a mild annoyance it's the rare glitches causing a character or comma or something to appear as a symbol instead that is more annoying but most of the time it's a clean conversion so the odd error I can overlook if it means I can enjoy the story but I guess it's down to everyone's personal preference I'm just giving an alternative format in case it helps anyone

This is the last lot I will post just because I had already started preparing them to post before I realised it might not be to everyone's taste due to occasional errors (mostly my laziness as going through every pdf to epub conversion at the time when there were so many was daunting! And it was originally only for my own benefit as I never intended to repost them but after someone asked for certain authors I only had epub version) anyway it's Cheryl Lynn this lot
