I looked it up, in post #106 the numbering starts at 161 instead of 163.

The issue wasn't the numbering per se, but the the missing images associated with llermito's numbering, which you did not provide with the "correctly numbered" pictures. Llermito is correct: you only re-posted images he had posted before. Whether you want to refer to them as pages 211 & 212 or 212 & 213 or 213 & 214 (depending on the numbering) they're still missing.

Uhh, I'll say it one last time. Not a single picture from the series is missing. Believe me, I have the Full Chapter on my computer.
The error, as I mentioned, is that the 161, 162 line numbers are listed twice.
First in post #96 of May 29, so far the numbering is correct.
Second time in post #106 Jun 23, here the numbering is wrongly starting from 161 instead of 163.
If you compare the four pictures, you can see that in the two posts the 161 162 pictures are different.
Up to post #131 the images are numbered incorrectly.
The numbering is correct from 213, that's why it looks like two pictures are missing. But no, only 161 and 162 are numbered twice.
I can't go into any more detail than that,
