I agree with you and it's simultaneously translated in 4 languages already while we are in chap. 3. I don't see that in any of his/her other works.

Because you have subscribers who've paid to receive the latest updates, and they're way ahead of the public. It wouldn't make much sense if the public received updates at the same time as subscribers who've paid to get them earlier. But don't worry, you'll get all the updates but later.... just a matter of patience.
