Did you use Img.Upscaler? I tried to use these online software and the result in image terms was very good but the text not. So I cleanned the original text and write mannualy the same text. It demanded a lot of work so I gave up. A example (page 01) in 4K resolution and 95% compressed:

Thanks. After a little reading/research it appears that it is a false positive. I've been getting the warning a couple more times tonight with other downloads.
