Andrew said he was drugged, he apologized, he was forgiven or was led to believe he was forgiven, then he was drugged again, then he was drugged again, now they are making him feel guilty for everything that is happening, thus screwing with his head, destroying everything that's left of Andrew, to create a submissive woman, it would be much more interesting if Andrew reacted, and screwed over everyone who messed up his life including his own wife or now his ex-wife.

Your idea would have been more interesting but it would have hurt the story. I like that Andrew is becoming more and more submissive. It means he's slowly realizing that he's better off as Elena, which is part of the erotic draw that this story has. The slow acceptance of his forced feminization has been fantastic. Whoever said Elena would have to run away, it would be easier for Elena to take the reins and turn Nikos into a submissive man and thus make everyone pay for what they did.
