@Devin19 - I don't mind Molly getting bustier but that's just a preference. Molly has been well beyond the point of looking like a girl for some time now but the story has portrayed her as being mostly in disbelief about all that has been happening to her. As a result, I suspect we will see many more enhancements to help Molly see the light, ranging from cosmetics to her face, eye popping breasts and caboose, a sculpted hourglass figure and permanently softened vocal chords to name a few.

Btw, isn't Mrs Miller the name of the person behind the transformation of Lily and Ashley in LittleTGKitten's Fateful Vacation?

after several comments, probably Melissa is trying to exonerate Nikos in the story, and probably Marina, making Andrew take responsibility, but Marina wanted to punish Andrew and took the opportunity, along with her cousins, in my point of view Marina is more guilty than Eva and Sofia.

no this is a flashback so Elena learns earlier in this chapter that everything that has been done is irreversible leaving him stuck as Elena. In this sequence he has just gotten out of hospital and assumes that it can be reversed or the gender change hadn't ocurred only to find out that another operation was made and it had been carried out

The most recent installment is a flashback to when Elena just left the hospital after her surgery. At that time, she like Nikos was under the impression that the procedures were reversible. Nikos learned this from Eva and Sophia, something we now know from Elena's recent conversation with Dr Gianakos was not true and something only Marina appeared to know. This raises the potential that its been Marina all along that is responsible for what has been happening and that Nikos and even Eva and Sophia are innocent. I would also include Mr. Seferi and the detective on the naughty list working with Marina. By the way, the implication that Mr. Seferi is guilty raises the possibility that even Mr. Toska is innocent.

I see lots of people hate Marina and want her to be the bad one in the story
I think it's not going to be as simple as that...
 
Let's see Andrew ask Marina for forgiveness confessing his mistake. I'm not saying that Marina can be the bad one, but a person who abandoned her husband when he needed her the most, and then talk about the mistake he made. This is without counting her night outings. We only know about one where she met James and the others what happened, then she abandoned him again at the clinic. Then we have the doctor confessing that Marina knew about all the procedures. I'm not saying that Marina can be the villain, but she could have ended it all before it happened, but she decided to continue, even supporting her cousins in the feminization procedures. Whether she was deceived or not, she is still guilty, and should pay for her mistake along with the others. But as we know about Melissa, she is capable of reversing everything and turning Andrew into the guilty one because for her, the feminized will always be in the hands of the feminizer.
