Who knows, maybe the idea wasn't even Nikos's to get a wife, but Marina's, and thus get rid of her husband and be able to walk freely around Greece, since she knew about all the procedures and surgeries that Andrew would go through, and abandoned him when he needed her the most.

I don't think so
You are only trying to put all the blame on Marina

it looks like Nikos has always been the main villain, making a life insurance at Elena's death is a common move for a VILLAIN

i really like that Eva & Sofia are finding out what their father was doing and that will maybe make them realize that even thought Elena was only acting as their fake-mother, she acted more like a real parent unlike their "REAL" Father

i think Klea Gjoka may be the real Mrs. Samaras (Eva & Sofia real Mother), that went under many surgeries to become a complete different person

no, you seem to see things as black or white, while i can see the grey between the two that's why i defend both as i saw them as innocent people turned into pawns of a bigger and dangerous plan

Andrew was the main pawn needed to make the plan work by turning him into Mrs. Elena Samaras

Marina played in the villains hands by acting on her emotions that lead her to manage the situation in the wrong way by putting the blame on Andrew, when in reality after her trip to Albania, she find out that Andrew was also a pawn in a bigger plan made by someone that wanted him to fall deeper into the role of Elena Samaras to the point of no turning back

Marina could have been a victim at first, but if we look at the situation she accepted everything very quickly, that's right she made a wrong choice but she could have helped Andrew, but she preferred to abandon him and even sacrifice him by taking him to the clinic knowing what would happen to Andrew,

you are convinced that the things Marina only find out later after going to Albania, she already knew them when she was with Andrew at the Clinic

when Marina was with Andrew at the clinic to get the small procedures to make him look more like a middle-aged woman, Marina didn't know anything, only that there may be someone keeping an eye on the Samaras family and that Jake (her supposed husband) was giving weird feelings, nothing more
only when she returned from Albania she started to put things together and realize that both of them were used for some strange unknown plan

ps: i'm a person that read well something before writing something or reply to someone, i don't have anything against you, i'm telling you my conclusions after reading the entire story dozens of times
I'm not talking about before the clinic, but about when Andrew wakes up from all the procedures. Why didn't she confess that she knew about all the procedures he did, before everything started? At the party, she already knew everything. And why didn't she confess to him? She kept stalling the whole time, standing there, watching him suffer, with all that agony. And in the pool, she knew about his amnesia problems, and the dilemma he was going through. Why didn't she help him? Instead of acting like she did, she confesses her mistakes to the inspector, and says she's doing it to help him, but she offends him even when she's not with him, so it's not to help him, but to get rid of him. Look, for me to be convinced of Marina's innocence, it will be by seeing Marina face to face with Andrew, and confessing to him all the mistakes she made and asking for forgiveness, just like Andrew did with her when he made his mistake, but like in Melissa's stories, Andrew will end up being a domestic and taking on the role they chose for him, and Marina will be the heroine and staying with the man she chooses.

It's really hard to say what Marina's culpability is in all this. It was clear that she was informed that Andrew was going to go through surgery to make him look like a middle aged woman but when she drops by the hospital later she is shocked at his appearance as much as Andrew himself. Whether its a revenge for losing all their money or something else its hard to say but it does seem a bit extreme considering andrew had apologised.

Marina isn't taking revenge on Andrew for losing the money, she brought back that fact only to use it to make Andrew hate her
Marina wish for Andrew to live a happy life as Elena, not because she planned everything (it looks like it was done by NIkos) but because she know that there won't be turning back to his old self after all the surgeries he went trough
In this case, you defend Marina a lot and say that she is doing all this for his own good. She had the power to stop Andrew from dressing as a woman and she accepted it, calling him aunt at first. Later, she didn't want to listen to his version of events and even planned with her cousins to make him more feminine than he already was. And she went to Crete, she herself confessed to the inspector that she had cheated on Andrew, at first he didn't find out, and then in Albania she flirted with other people. And apparently Marina has known the inspector for a long time. How many times have the two slept together? She herself revealed that she knew about the procedures, but she says she couldn't stop them in time. But, as the doctor said, if Andrew had been alone in the office, he wouldn't have done the procedures, but Marina was there and signed for the procedures to be done. She had the power in her hands to stop the procedures, but she didn't. And she went out to find out who the person who claimed to be her husband was, if we pay attention, Andrew made the mistake of staying with Nikos, but as we see, he was still under the influence of drugs. Marina was not under the influence of drugs, she says that she mistreats him for his own good, so that he hates her and forgets her; in this case, she should speak badly of him only in his presence, but she insults him even outside his presence; she says that she wants him to live a free life as a woman now, but what we see is that he is being controlled and manipulated, he is not free; this is the life she wants for him; she herself knows that he is being drugged.

This is normal, when you and your friend don't know how to give an answer, you make a negative emoji, it's like that time you told me you would make me change my mind, I asked you to show me and you stayed quiet, and then gave me a negative emoji

i never said that i wanted to change your mind, i don't waste time trying to make people change their minds, i wanted only to show you another way of interpretation of Marina character
for me Marina is also a victim of Nikos plan, but you make it sound like she knew about it from the start (that's what i don't understand)

ps: the negative emoji that i gave you is only a sign to show that i don't agree with what you said, it isn't a personal attack like you imply
ps2: if i don't answer right away, doesn't me you were right or that i was wrong, the same goes the other way around
