I think he meant pages 996 through 1012. What’s posted jumps from p995 to p1013.

That one was easy to fit, the others I can't say because the author is not using page numbers on this work. Since the link I provided posts pages as most recent to oldest, someone who know this comic better than I do might want to look at the posts to see if they can find 16 missing pages that form a sequence that have not been posted yet, and fit the overall narrative. The posting prior to page 1012 didn't make sense to me, and that might be way . . . an entire sequence is missing.

His patreon page does not provide images for download unless you are a member. The link I provide is where the author does provide images. and he does not mention page numbers. That link is really only good enough to see recent added images, and to find missing pages.
