Have you thought of doing more race/cultural change? Like valley boy has to go on a school trip, but then something happens and he gets stuck there. Maybe like a car accident in the middle of nowhere. A local or an isolated mad surgeon finds him. And keeps making excuses to keep them there. Eventually they lose their passport and has no way to prove who they are.

I like the idea of the obnoxious rich kid getting turned into a farmgirl. Like set in not well known island in Japan or Vietnamese forest.

It might actually be interesting if you ventured into the world of fantasy or sci Fi worlds. Like the idea of turning into a fantasy race. Like a Medusa or Arachnid character.

Could be interesting to see a sci-fi world where his escape pod crashes in an unknown alien world. Gets abducted and turned into the broodmother of a creature. Looking somewhat human. But unique looks. I like the idea it's not just always on the alien world. Like he escapes back to the dystopian future cities. But then slowly starts to turn. Having to try and hide in the dark neon-riddin skyline of the dystopian city. Gaining urges of the alien race. Maybe if you want to the violent route and have the MC start to crave humans or something. Eventually he has to go back to the alien planet.

I love body horror that isn't just gore and violence.

Race Change is tough for something other than changing skin tones. I'd love to make something like an insensitive prankster being turned into a korean farmgirl, but with no way to really control the facial features things could get pretty inconsistent. Maybe having a racially significant hairstyle/outfit might turn people away from the face, but a lot of the point of race-change stories is to show features like a smaller nose or more slanted eyes. It wouldn't feel right ignoring details like that if I couldn't make it work. I could make the story using CivitAI I suppose (I'm just worried about starting a longer story without being able to inpaint...)

People apparently really liked Priestly Duties though so I should make something similar with the new models/skills I have sometime soon.

There are not a lot of black guy to white girl stories in the genre so can always explore that or vice versa I think you can still use the same software for that you use now

would you be open to do bleach one too? you can do something like aizen hypnotizing shinji and using him to do dirty work and further undergo his plan or something like that

While the problem is being solved, the young Count is hidden in a convent under the guise of a novice. The abbess of the convent is the sister of the Count's new wife. The Count's wife is the stepmother of the protagonist, with whom he has an uneasy relationship, and who wants to “re-educate” him ...

Possible variations of the plot.
Starting positions of the story.
The main character is a young man of 18, is a nobleman - the son of an earl. His mother died early. The abbess is aware of the protagonist's attitude towards her beloved sister and nephew and intends to teach the protagonist a cruel lesson by molding a “new man” out of him by the methods available to her.
(The conditions of a convent school in the past allow the protagonist to be placed under conditions of strict discipline, training, and engaging in strictly feminine activities, from household chores to pleasing a future spouse from among the noblewomen. Also female students may be periodically brought out to balls, fairs, tournaments and other activities characteristic of the Middle Ages or other period).
The conditions of search and further trial under the threat of death, as well as the need to preserve his true identity in front of other students, teachers and nuns (after all, there may be royal informers in the convent), do not allow the protagonist to rebel and force him to fully comply with what is required of him)
While in the monastery, the protagonist can only communicate with the outside world through his half-brother, who is the only one who treats him with compassion (perhaps initially he wanted to be friends with him). Gradually in the process of breaking the protagonist, he changes his attitude towards his half-brother to friendly. And later in the process of being forcibly feminized...perhaps falling in love with him as well. For the plot, given the late time period for feminization, it may be necessary for the protagonist to have a thin and fragile (noble) physique, as well as for a concoction to be consumed on the grounds of the monastery to reveal femininity, etc. (something along the lines of the medieval smoothie that the protagonists of «Certifiably Cooked»).
In the course of the plot development (e.g. a year later), the protagonist's father solves the problem of his son's criminal prosecution and proves his innocence. For the sake of continuation and diversion, the old count and stepmother have a child, which is passed on to the family of half-brothers and they act as his parents (there is no medicine allowing a feminized man to give birth in the Middle Ages).
The protagonist despite his protests in the beginning and the process of feminization eventually finds his happiness and enjoys life as a noblewoman - the wife of an earl (like the protagonist in Playing for Keeps).
