While the problem is being solved, the young Count is hidden in a convent under the guise of a novice. The abbess of the convent is the sister of the Count's new wife. The Count's wife is the stepmother of the protagonist, with whom he has an uneasy relationship, and who wants to “re-educate” him ...

Possible variations of the plot.
Starting positions of the story.
The main character is a young man of 18, is a nobleman - the son of an earl. His mother died early. The father did not pay proper attention to the upbringing of his son in connection with state affairs. As a result, the protagonist grew up a frivolous guy leading a dissolute lifestyle. The father wants to change the situation, since he is the sole heir to his entire fortune.
The protagonist's father remarried a few years ago to a woman of noble blood. The said woman also has a son who is the same age as the protagonist. Her son is the complete opposite of the protagonist. Serious and responsible, but a bit shy. The relationship between the protagonist and the stepmother does not work out. He does not accept his new mother and brother.
In one of the days being in the capital the protagonist in the company of the same high-born hangers-on after drinking breaks the public order and faces the royal guard, the captain of which is one of the distant relatives of the royal family. In the process of trying to pacify the noble troublemakers, a scuffle ensues in which the captain is killed and some of the guards are maimed. The protagonist did not take part in the fight, but it turns out that he is accused of committing a crime against the crown and is forced to go on the run.
(Option not required. The protagonist might as well have had sexual intercourse with someone from the royal family and been caught. After which, while trying to escape and being chased, any of the pursuers could also be killed. And the protagonist is also declared wanted by the totality of the offenses).
The protagonist is at the estate. Despite the serious connections of his father, it will not be possible to settle the said problem at once. The young man also does not have time to escape from the country. Stepmother remembers that her own sister is the abbess of a convent, where it will be possible to hide the hero until all the problems are solved under the guise of a young noblewoman from an impoverished family, who, for example, was sent to study at a convent school for women.

In addition to wanting to help her husband, the stepmother pursues the goal of re-educating her adopted son and accustoming him to discipline. However, the abbess, looking at the spoiled young nobleman, perceives this task in her own way - completely breaks his will and consciousness, and re-educates him as a young noblewoman for marriage. The abbess is aware of the protagonist's attitude towards her beloved sister and nephew and intends to teach the protagonist a cruel lesson by molding a “new man” out of him by the methods available to her.
(The conditions of a convent school in the past allow the protagonist to be placed under conditions of strict discipline, training, and engaging in strictly feminine activities, from household chores to pleasing a future spouse from among the noblewomen. Also female students may be periodically brought out to balls, fairs, tournaments and other activities characteristic of the Middle Ages or other period).
The conditions of search and further trial under the threat of death, as well as the need to preserve his true identity in front of other students, teachers and nuns (after all, there may be royal informers in the convent), do not allow the protagonist to rebel and force him to fully comply with what is required of him)
While in the monastery, the protagonist can only communicate with the outside world through his half-brother, who is the only one who treats him with compassion (perhaps initially he wanted to be friends with him). Gradually in the process of breaking the protagonist, he changes his attitude towards his half-brother to friendly. And later in the process of being forcibly feminized...perhaps falling in love with him as well. For the plot, given the late time period for feminization, it may be necessary for the protagonist to have a thin and fragile (noble) physique, as well as for a concoction to be consumed on the grounds of the monastery to reveal femininity, etc. (something along the lines of the medieval smoothie that the protagonists of «Certifiably Cooked»).
In the course of the plot development (e.g. a year later), the protagonist's father solves the problem of his son's criminal prosecution and proves his innocence. At the same time, the son is already outwardly and psychologically a female noblewoman in love with her half-brother. The stepmother, on the advice of the Mother Superior (or herself), pushes her husband (the Count) to arrange a marriage between her son and her stepson, who assumes the new identity of a noblewoman from an impoverished family. (For example some knight's estate was looted during a war and the entire family perished. And the protagonist was in a convent as the miraculously rescued daughter of said knightly family).
In the end, the count agrees to the plan. Claims that his son has left to seek happiness and glory in new lands. He declares his adopted son the heir to the estate and marries him to a girl from the convent school (who is actually his real son).
For the sake of continuation and diversion, the old count and stepmother have a child, which is passed on to the family of half-brothers and they act as his parents (there is no medicine allowing a feminized man to give birth in the Middle Ages).
The protagonist despite his protests in the beginning and the process of feminization eventually finds his happiness and enjoys life as a noblewoman - the wife of an earl (like the protagonist in Playing for Keeps).
P.S. Perhaps a fantasy setting would work for this story as well.

An old-world nobility-themed feminization like this could be fun sometime. Having a medieval nurse or nun feminization could be a lot of fun and I always enjoy evil step-moms and arranged marriages in feminization. I think it would only work as a shorter story but that could be fine too. I'd just have to look up a lot of medieval clothes I suppose... Maybe I'll put it on a poll sometime.
 
@Novelchef So personally I love the themes of your comics and don't think you should change them honestly, BUT if you wanted to do one that would appease people who want to see a somewhat more hopeful story, maybe in one of your next comics you could do a forced feminization story with all of the same themes as before, but in the later part of the story, have the character slowly come to terms with the fact that despite hating that they were forced into it, they slowly come to terms with the idea that they're actually trans and actually feel fulfilled as a woman? But to keep the kind of forced spin on it, there is still an element of they are still forced to do things they don't want to do. Like maybe they reveal that even if they are comfortable as a woman, they're a lesbian, and the person who is forcing them is like "haha, funny that you think you have a choice in your sexuality". I also like the idea of them trying to forcibly change their sexuality through hypnosis and other stuff, trying to remove their attraction towards women. Or even without hypnosis, using some kind of "training" to get them to stop getting erections because "women don't get boners". Also moar chastity and downsizing cages until they get a flat one plsssss! Love your stories by the way, and I say this as a bigender person, the whole "forced feminization" trope is one that while it might seem really offensive to some trans people, I find a really nice fantasy, and even though it sounds weird, it's kinda gender affirming for me on days I can't bring myself to put in the effort to appear fem, the fantasy of being forced to anyway. Not to mention extremely hot haha. Also would love a story where a character is feminized by his sister or an ex-girlfriend as revenge/payback or something in that vein. Could involve incest as well as a theme.

I think I'll have some stories where the main character comes to terms with it at the end pretty soon here actually. (while still being forced to do things they don't like occasionally as you said.)

I still prefer forced fem, but from a story-perspective the "acceptance" style ending makes more sense. What I've learned from my longer stories too is that I need to make the main character a lot more hateable in order to do the kind of cruel forced fem endings I like. I think it's super hot for an average joe to be turned into a girl and stuck that way as someone's wife/pet, but so many people are really bothered by it- especially with OP. I never planned on making OP's ending too hardcore anyways though and it's not like I'm changing the ending in response to the criticism.

A girlfriend/sister revenge feminization sounds fun. Nicegent's "Housesitter" story is so freaking good (I wish he would finish it~) and the feminization isn't too unbelievable when the MC still gets to sleep with his girlfriend for instance. As for a sister story, I think a twinning feminization would be fun and I'd like to leave my mark on the genre. I've always liked feminization where the MC is forced to replace someone or become another girl's twin. Very hot.
 
Hey, that reminds me that your Fansly profile description didn't initially say "forced-fem" 🤔 Personally, even though I like having a "good ending," I think it's the story you want to tell that should take precedence.

I like a fucked up ending tbh. Like If I had my choice I'd make his son basically have his own mind broken by the revelations and end up lying to himself and forcing cindy to be his own girlfriend

Just where my head is I guess LOL

But I always like to leave a glimmer of hope of escape so I avoid the "full transition" surgery
 
@Novelchef I saw your messages in fansly and you after OP should only continue with two works (one monthly and a weekly with fewer pages (10 to 15 pages not to work too hard)) for you to disgust and not charge so much with a deadline, if possible, do not set deadline for itself

One genre i particularly found i enjoy is Erotic Horror. Not all of it, but certainly ones where one's life is in danger, or sex with the lust demons who may or may not see you as a toy and as food... ManyEyedHydra who i loved to read his work, alternated between nice endings, and bad endings... though some are certainly neutral and more bittersweet... One actually coming to mind of a guy who wanted revenge, but got the instructions wrong, and according to his instructions was to turn his target into a female anthrobunny in perpetual heat... Which totally fits the TF category.

Though this is a bit off topic...

That being said, i've always been curious of your writing process? Like how much of a story do you usually have written before starting? Do you know how you want it to end when you first start? Or is that something that you decide along the writing process. Do you have the overall story outlined at the beginning and know how many parts you want a story to be? I've tried writing a couple myself that I LOVE the concept for but have a tough time deciding how/where to end and how to fill in interesting character development along the with the smut lmao
