From what I understand, Connor's plan is to travel to another location, undo the surgeries, and then make a deal with upper management to get rid of Claire and the others. He may have gathered evidence that he thinks can be used against them. Of course, many things could go wrong from there. For example, there's the confession that Connor wants to tell James, and we don't know how much influence Claire has now inside the company. Regarding Ricky, I also think that he has been broken already by the girls and Connor, and could become a liability for Connor´s plans.
