I've always super appreciated how cool NovelChef has been about this kind of stuff, i'm DEAD broke and unemployed and could never afford all these subscriptions personally. Always been ultra appreciative to Jad especially and jhn too for being nice enough to share and I think a week or so is more than reasonable, I know i'm at least personally grateful no matter when you guys are nice enough to share. Just keep ignoring the beggars every time something new drops haha.
Side note if Novelchef sees this lol, i'm really liking Office Politics and LOVED Playing for keeps. Feel like some of theses series go on a *little* too long tho but that might just be me. But if you've got creative juices flowing or ideas you want to keep writing for these series or the actual paying subs disagree then ignore me! haha. Especially if you're passionate about an idea or story cause it definitely matters if you enjoy what you're doing.

@Novelchef Just wanted to say I thought Priestly Duties was very well done. I haven't seen anyone else utilize a cultural change like that as part of a transformation.

Priestly Duties is a lot of people’s favorite actually. It was an old Pateon request and I worked with the requester on a lot of the finer details so I can’t take all the credit for the story at least. I was actually pretty worried that I was going to offend some people big time with the race/religious themes, but it was generally well received save this one guy on Pixiv telling me I butchered his language. (I probably did, just used google translate for the Arabic)
Fun fact: Certifiably Cooked is the result of me throwing ideas off of the “Priestly Duties” request or. We keep in touch and toss ideas back and forth occasionally.

I agree with the length criticism in general (PFK could’ve been one chapter shorter I feel at least), but Office Politics is kind of meant to be my take on long-form forced fem like “Forever Summer” or “Man of the House.” I think OP is actually pretty snappy when compared to the really long stuff, but I’d be lying though if I said it wasn’t padded a little bit.
I’m honestly kind of scared of how many subs I’ll lose when OP finishes tbh, but I’ll try not to let that affect the pacing. (It was planned to be 25-30 chapters from the start and it’s still on pace for that)
Also, I’m glad you like PFK so much that was one of my favorites personally. I think the “forced to play the girls role in a play” trope is CRIMINALLY underused in tg fiction. Like, it’s the perfect plot device to dress up the main character and have him kissing guys. It basically writes itself! I think the PFK finale is possibly the best chapter of anything that I’ve put out period, but the reception was surprisingly weak. I think most people just wanted more OP.
Anyways, hopefully I can change your mind on Cooked! Things are beginning to heat up in the story.

I might have come off as kind of moody in the initial post but I really have no beef with you or jhn. Piracy is a service issue and is very understandable in my case since $7 is a pretty high sub price.
I really need to branch out more to websites that don’t take 20 whole percent like Fansly does so I can lower the sub down to $5 or $5.50. But my options are limited since AI art is being banned even on sites like freaking Onlyfans.

100% agreed on the Forced to play the girls part in a play trope being massively underused and you did it PERFECTLY. Really loved the final chapter as well, you knocked it out of the park.
I think the fear of losing subs when your most popular series is ending is extremely common among artists. I think if you polled your fans you may be surprised on what their favourite series of yours is. Like I mentioned PFK is mine personally and reading here seeing Priestly Duties for some. I'm sure there's a ton of people whose favourites are Gyaru and Ashs Gamble too (which probably are my 3 favs with PFK). You consistently make great comics i'm positive you wouldn't lose many at all
And Cooked is so early still i'm sure you can change my mind! It's not that it's bad or anything I just personally don't like family stuff, it really turns me off of things for the most part and especially when characters are unaware of changes, identity death, mind control etc. along those lines. Marth was easily my least favourite series along with the 1st Naruto short series for that reason. But that's just a personal preference for me and I don't expect *everything* to curtail to my likes and dislikes haha. I'm sure there's tons of people who like mind control etc. exclusively who ask you for MORE of that not less.

I agree with grades of Priestly Duties and PFK(and Ashs Gamble) my favs. The pace and tension is really good. I really confused that the off will be 25-30 chapters. I thought it was coming to an end. But of course it will be fun to watch if he continues to fall even lower until the final, then the funniest part is still to come. The problem with long stories is that the pace is usually slow and tension not so strong and when one story goes over a year it's not very cool, from experience with other authors.
It would be interesting to experiment with worlds not in present time or anime. Like the future, maybe cyberpunk or steampunk with new technologies. Or the past, something from the time of colonisation, themes like a slave owner and his overthrow and slaves, or the remaining coloniser among the Indigenous/Africans/Indians or similar and use shamans and eliexiers for feminization, maybe even ancient mythology and gods like Egypt or Vikings and their gods and some curses.

Playing around with a fantastical setting could be a lot of fun for sure. I’ve always liked the near-future stuff where cyberization is possible so you can do things like ManaOmegas “Stuck as a Robot Sex Doll” series. I’m a little cautious since I’m not sure how well NovelAI can handle those settings but maybe I’ll think up one or two fantastical ideas and put them on the next story poll.

While I like the stories that everyone is talking about, I prefer the Identity Theft ones, like Lelouch Replaced, or Identity Death like Marth TG, where a character becomes another character that already exist and also stories like the previews/WIPs/short stories, Milly's Replacement, the one where Keiichi becomes Mion sister Chion and the one where Ash becomes an aroma lady, those are the ones that I prefer.

I loved PFK! I really enjoyed your utilisation of the "crossdressing for a play" trope in the story. It's a shame that fellow readers didn't enjoy it as much as I did... :<

EDIT: I tried embedding the links on both Chrome itself and Word and while it seemed fine at first, it won't seem to work on Fansly.
I made the hyperlink in Word and it worked fine- CTRL clicking it would bring me to the Dropbox folder. I tried that link on Deviantart- it also worked just fine. But when I tried copy/pasting the link into a Fansly locked textbox, the hyperlink didn't work anymore.
It's weird because I can easily embed the Dropbox links and post them on Deviantart, and copy/pasting links from DA into Fansly's locked textbox works when I'm posting links to other Fansly posts or something. It's like, specifically Dropbox links aren't able to be embedded when pasted into Fansly's locked textboxes and I'm not sure why. They just keep turning into plain text.
(I realize though that maybe I'm just computer-illiterate about this...)

I lean towards these pretty hard as well. I'm looking forward to eventually making this "Becoming 2D" story where a jerk is forced to be his ex-friend's cosplay partner. Lots of dress up, degradation and identity death in that one as the ex-friend wants the jerk to truly become the character- both at conventions and in his personal life.
Shame that one didn't get more votes on the poll, but I'm sure I'll make it eventually. Probably for the best too since AndreaTG finished a similar story not too long ago.

Hey, the synopsis of this story sounds very interesting, I hope you manage to publish it next year. Although I personally found it more interesting "Exposure Therapy" if you manage to publish it next year as well, I will renew my subscription to support you. lol
