You know about FicLab right? Its an extension for Chrome or Firefox that works with Literotica and will pull and merge the various parts of a story from Literotica and create a text or ePub automatically. Pretty easy. May not be better than your workflow but just in case.

I use EpubPressX for that.

I use it for getting stuff from LushStories, Kemeno, & StoriesOnline (once I've manually expanded each chapter) since FanFicFare doesn't work with those sites.

Some advantages of FanFicFare are that it's easy to update stories if an author adds new chapters. It captures statistics for the merged document, grabs all the tags from each chapter and puts them at the start of the story, and generates an average score from all the chapters. Finally, it's a plugin for calibre, so it is a one step download and automatically generates a cover and the metadata.
