I have no doubt Kelly would love the idea of inviting her old college friend, but the thought of her friend seeing the whole incest thing might not convince her to call her (she is free spirit, after all). Add to that the fact that Kelly wants to protect Dylan from opportunists (like Emily) and I'm not sure if she wants Hannah getting close to Dylan (although he, of course, would be thrilled). I can see that the only downside of the idea is the incest part in Kelly's perspective, maybe Hannah already knew rumors about the island from other free spirit friends so she's curious about it (maybe Kelly confirms those rumors are true on the phone so shes like I have to see it to believe it) she already met Brandi and Dylan before a couple of times so no problem there, of course is going to be weird at first but in the end she will get use to the lifestyle of the island.
Kelly trust Hannah enough to let her interact with Dylan without any issue because of her kind personality unlike Emily.
About Pete yes that's the perfect excuse to finally get "lots of appreciation" from Kelly he deserves it.

If Kelly's college friends are about to land on the island in the future, I hope Dylan can grow up a little. Based on the current pictures, if Dylan were still that thin and small, many things would look a bit awkward.
